Preventing Sport Injuries

You can prevent the injuries caused by playing sports, by using the following techniques:

- Have the required rest before exercising

- A good enough warm-up before starting to exercise, by starting with light and gradual movements of the exercise.

- Wear appropriate shoes for sports activities.

- Use weak knee tape or tape if necessary.

- Use appropriate general safety equipment, such as mouth guards and head guards.

- Drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after sports activity.

- Avoid exercising when the heat is high, which is between 11 am and 3 pm.

- Practicing various sports to ensure physical fitness and muscle strength.

- Training according to the intensity appropriate to the individual, so that the muscles are able to meet the requirements of the exercised sports activity.

- Do not overtrain, which exceeds the level of physical fitness of the individual, but a gradual increase in the intensity of exercise can be followed.

- Use the appropriate and correct technique of athletic skills.

- The process of cooling down and stretching the muscles and joints after completing the physical activity and using appropriate rest periods.
